This page outlines how I work, the ethical foundations of my practice, and what you can expect when you enter my professional and ceremonial spaces.
It exists to create clarity and mutual respect for both practitioner and client.

By booking a session, ritual, reading, or program with me, you agree to engage with this work consciously, responsibly, and in alignment with the agreements below.

I. Code of Ethics

1. The Nature of My Work

My work is grounded in spiritual practice, archetypal psychology, energetic facilitation, ritual, and reflective inquiry. Sessions may include intuitive insight, symbolic language, guided processes, and ceremonial or energetic frameworks.

This work is collaborative and consent-based.
I do not position myself as an authority over your life, your decisions, or your destiny.

You are always the final decision-maker in your own life.

I do not predict fixed futures or present outcomes as inevitable. I work with possibility, pattern, agency, and conscious choice.

2. Empowerment, Not Instruction

My role is to:

  • Offer perspective
  • Illuminate patterns
  • Support insight and self-trust
  • Facilitate reconnection with your own inner authority

I do not tell you what you should do, and I do not make decisions on your behalf.

At times, challenging reflections or shadow-aware insights may arise. These are always offered with care, discernment, and respect for your autonomy.

3. Scope & Professional Boundaries

My services are not a replacement for licensed medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial professionals.

I do not:

  • Diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions
  • Prescribe medication or give medical advice
  • Provide legal or financial counsel
  • Offer crisis or emergency support

If you are experiencing acute distress, instability, or feel unsafe, this work is not the appropriate form of support. Please seek immediate help from qualified professionals or trusted support networks.

You are welcome to work with me alongside appropriate professional care.

4. Mental Health & Responsibility

Having a mental health diagnosis does not automatically exclude you from working with me.
However, I am not the appropriate practitioner to treat or manage mental health conditions.

This work is reflective and supportive in nature. It requires personal responsibility, self-awareness, and a willingness to engage thoughtfully rather than seeking rescue, certainty, or external authority.

5. Consent, Sovereignty & Third Parties

My work is person-centred and ethically bound.

I do not:

  • Perform readings or workings about unaware third parties
  • Intrude into another person’s psyche, intentions, or inner life without consent
  • Encourage fixation, dependency, or surveillance of others

When relationships are explored, the focus remains on your experience, responses, boundaries, and choices.

6. Maleficarum Spellwork

Certain offerings within my practice fall under maleficarum – including defensive, protective, and justice-oriented workings that may be colloquially described as curses or hexes.

All such work is strictly governed by my ethical framework, known as The Blackthorn Accord.

The Blackthorn Accord defines when, how, and why maleficarum work may be undertaken. It is rooted in sovereignty, proportional response, spiritual consent, and the refusal to act from impulse, spite, or ego. I do not engage in reckless, coercive, or entertainment-based harm, nor do I perform work motivated by jealousy, domination, or revenge fantasies.

Maleficarum within my practice is approached as measured spiritual justice, energetic boundary enforcement, and the restoration of balance where harm has occurred — never as casual aggression.

Not all requests for this work are accepted. I reserve the right to refuse, redirect, or decline any request that does not align with this ethical code.

7. Confidentiality & Trust

All personal information shared with me is treated as confidential and handled with discretion.

In my public teaching, writing, or content creation, I may speak about general themes, patterns, or learnings from my professional work — never specific client stories or identifying details.

Your experiences are not content, and your trust is not material.

8. Recording, Sharing & Intellectual Integrity

If you choose to record a session for personal use, it must remain private.

Sessions, guidance, frameworks, rituals, or bespoke insights may not be:

  • Shared publicly
  • Uploaded online
  • Reproduced, taught, or paraphrased as your own work

Purchasing a session or program constitutes agreement to respect the intellectual, energetic, and professional integrity of this work.

9. Discrimination & Respect

I do not tolerate discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender identity, relationship structure, or spiritual background.

Respectful communication is expected at all times.
I am happy to honour pronouns and relevant context when shared in advance.

10. Age Requirement

I do not offer private sessions, readings, mentoring, or ritual work to anyone under the age of 18.

Those under 18 may access written or pre-recorded educational materials where explicitly stated.

11. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Work

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue work if I feel:

  • The container is not appropriate
  • The work requested is outside my ethical scope
  • The dynamic feels misaligned or unsafe

In such cases, a full refund will be offered in accordance with my Terms & Conditions.

12. Practical Matters

All logistical details regarding:

  • Booking
  • Rescheduling
  • Cancellations
  • Refunds
  • No-shows
  • Session expiry

are outlined clearly in my Terms & Conditions, which form the legally binding agreement for all purchases.

Closing Note

This work is rooted in sovereignty, responsibility, depth, and integrity.

If you are seeking certainty, guarantees, or someone to override your agency, this will not be the right space for you.

If you are seeking reflection, empowerment, ethical spiritual work, and a grounded container in which to explore your path — you are welcome here.
