For as long as people have walked this earth, they have brought their deepest questions to the priestess, the elder, the cunning woman at the edge of the village. Long before coaching programmes and self-help shelves, there was a chair by the fire and a voice that had earned the right to speak into your life.
Crossroads Counsel restores that older tradition. It is a private session where the whole of you is welcome: your grief and your longing, your gods and your ghosts, the decision that keeps you awake at three in the morning, the mystical experience you have carried in silence because you feared how it would sound out loud.
The crossroads belongs to Hekate, torchbearer and keeper of thresholds. Her territory is precisely the place where you stand now: between what was and what calls to you next. This is where our work together begins.
WHAT YOU MIGHT BRING
Each session is shaped entirely around you. People come to the crossroads carrying many things:
- A life decision with roots too tangled to see clearly
- A crisis of meaning, faith, or purpose
- A relationship with deity that is deepening, shifting, or asking something of you
- A mystical or uncanny experience seeking witness and interpretation
- Shadow material rising to the surface and asking to be met
- Grief, in all its seasons
- A threshold moment: endings, beginnings, initiations, and the fertile dark between them
- The sense that your life is calling you somewhere, and the need to hear that call clearly
Whatever you carry, we will set it down between us, look at it honestly, and find the thread that leads onward.
HOW A SESSION UNFOLDS
We meet privately online for 75 minutes. You bring what is alive for you, and I bring everything I am: priestess, witch, scientist, and counsel to seekers across the world.
You will find that I listen deeply and speak plainly. My role at the crossroads is to help you see what is actually there: the patterns beneath the surface, the mythic shape of what you are living, the question beneath the question. Where it serves the work, I may draw on divination, on the goddesses, on psychology, on plant lore and symbol and story. The session weaves whatever threads your situation asks for.
You leave with clarity you can act on, language for what you are living through, and, where it is wanted, practices or ritual work to carry the session’s medicine into your daily life.
WHO HOLDS THE SESSION
I am Zela Feraco, founder and High Priestess of Nightshade Sanctum Mystery School. My path braids together what most people are told to keep separate: I hold a PhD in Medical Microbiology, a degree in psychology, and decades of devoted practice in witchcraft, goddess spirituality, and the walking of dark paths.
Seekers come to me when they want counsel with a spine. My gift is synthesis: I hear the psychological, the mythological, the magical, and the practical all at once, and I braid them into guidance you can actually live by. Students of my mystery school cross continents to study with me. At the crossroads, that same depth is yours, focused entirely on your life for the length of our session.

All sessions run 75 minutes and are held privately on Zoom. Bundle sessions remain valid for twelve months from purchase, and you schedule each one at your own rhythm.
WHEN THE ROAD LEADS FURTHER
Counsel often reveals the next turn of the path. Some seekers discover a working that wants to be cast, and commission spellwork through the Sanctum. Others feel the pull toward sustained companionship on their path and step into ongoing mentorship. And for those who hear the call of the dark goddesses themselves, the gates of the mystery school open twice a year. Wherever your road leads, the crossroads is a beautiful place to begin.

Crossroads Counsel is spiritual guidance, offered in the lineage of priestesses, elders, and cunning folk. It serves the spirit, the search for meaning, and the navigation of life’s thresholds. Psychotherapy, diagnosis, and the treatment of mental health conditions belong to licensed clinical professionals, and where your wellbeing calls for that kind of care, I will gladly and warmly point you toward the right door. The two paths can also run side by side: many of my clients walk with a therapist and seek my counsel for the territory therapy leaves untouched.

Arrive as you are. If it helps you, spend a few quiet minutes beforehand asking yourself what feels most alive or most heavy right now. That is where we will begin.

Privately, over video call, from wherever in the world you are. You will receive the link with your booking confirmation.
✨ What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens. With 48 hours notice you may reschedule freely to any open time.
✨ Is what I share confidential?
Yes. What you bring to the crossroads stays between us, held with the same discretion I bring to all my client work, within the bounds the law sets for everyone.
✨ How is this different from a tarot reading with you?
A reading asks the cards what is happening. Counsel asks you, and me, and everything I know, what it means and which way to walk. Divination may enter a counsel session as one thread among many; in a reading, it is the loom itself.
