Terms of Service
Nightshade Sanctum · Zela Feraco · zelaferaco.com Effective 1 January 2026 · Last Updated March 2026
These Spellwork Policies & Terms of Service govern all spellwork commissions placed through zelaferaco.com. They are read alongside the General Terms & Conditions published at zelaferaco.com/terms-and-conditions. Where there is any conflict between the two documents, these Spellwork Terms govern for spellwork services. Purchasing any spellwork commission constitutes full acceptance of both documents.
Zela Feraco operates as practitioner, not as a merchant selling a product with a guaranteed specification. Every commission is a live, energetically sensitive, spiritually authorised working. This document is not bureaucratic formality — it is the foundation of the container. Read it before you purchase.
1. The Nature of Spellwork
All spellwork commissions are spiritual and symbolic practices. They are not products with measurable or guaranteed outputs, and they are not substitutes for legal, medical, psychological, or financial professional intervention.
Spellwork operates within energetic and spiritual frameworks that are not subject to empirical verification. Results, timelines, and manifestations cannot be predicted, guaranteed, or warranted. Your experience of a working will be shaped by your own energetic alignment, your actions in the physical world, the complexity of your situation, and factors outside the practitioner’s control.
Where service descriptions use language such as “severance,” “removal,” “justice,” “protection,” “binding,” “attraction,” “obsession,” “accountability,” or “consequence” — these terms describe spiritual and energetic intentions within a symbolic framework. They do not constitute promises of specific real-world outcomes, legal changes, or material results of any kind.
No specific outcome, timeline, or result is guaranteed, warranted, or implied for any working.
2. Practitioner Authority & Spiritual Authorization
All commissions are subject to the practitioner’s absolute discretion. Purchase does not obligate the practitioner to perform the work requested.
2.1 Authorization Process
The following workflow applies to all commissions requiring spiritual authorization, including custom Vindicta workings, all bespoke commissions, and any work flagged at intake.
- Client purchases the service.
- Client completes the intake form fully and accurately.
- The practitioner brings the request to aligned spirit guides for discernment.
- If approved: client is notified and the working proceeds.
- If declined: client receives immediate notification and a full refund.
2.2 Practitioner Discretion
- The practitioner may decline any commission at any stage prior to commencement, without providing detailed justification.
- The practitioner may modify the scope, timing, or methodology of any working based on spiritual guidance.
- The practitioner may abort a working in progress if energetic conditions require it. In this case a full refund is issued.
- All decisions regarding service delivery, modification, or refusal are final and not subject to appeal or dispute.
2.3 Astrological Timing
All castings are timed according to astrological and energetic considerations. This is not a delay — it is how effective spellwork is conducted. The practitioner does not cast on demand or on a fixed calendar schedule.
Clients will be notified when the casting window opens and when the working is complete. Typical timeframe from completed intake to casting is one to three weeks, though this may extend when specific astrological timing is required. This timeframe is indicative, not contractually binding.
3. What Is Included in a Commission
Every commission includes the following as standard unless otherwise specified in the product listing:
- Processing of the intake form.
- Astrologically and energetically timed casting by Zela Feraco.
- A completion notification email confirming the working is done.
- Notes from the working where applicable and at the practitioner’s discretion.
- Photographic and/or video documentation at the practitioner’s discretion, subject to media consent elected at intake.
3.1 What Is NOT Included
The following are explicitly outside the scope of any commission and are not provided unless purchased as a separate service:
- Ongoing consultation or correspondence after the completion email.
- Progress updates during the working window.
- Follow-up questions about how or why the working proceeded as it did.
- Reassurance, check-ins, or emotional support during the integration period.
- Re-casts, adjustments, or additions to the original working.
- Interpretation of post-casting events as “signs” or “results.”
If integration support is required following completion, the Magick Integration Session is available as a separate purchase. The completion email is the formal close of the service.
3.2 Tier Scope
The Spindle, Weave, and Tapestry tiers represent different levels of working complexity, duration, ingredient investment, and energetic depth. Clients are responsible for selecting the tier appropriate to their situation. The practitioner may advise on tier selection at intake but will not upgrade a commission without additional payment.
3.3 Custom & Vindicta Commissions
For bespoke and Vindicta workings, scope is agreed via the intake form. Any elements outside the agreed scope require a new or additional commission. The practitioner does not add components to a working at the client’s request after intake has been submitted and the working has commenced.
4. Intake Form & Information Accuracy
The intake form is the foundation of the working. Submitting an incomplete intake form does not pause billing — it pauses commencement. The working does not begin until a complete, usable intake has been received.
The client is solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and honesty of all information submitted at intake. The practitioner relies on client-provided information and does not independently verify facts, relationships, or situations described.
If intake information proves inaccurate, incomplete, or deliberately misleading:
- The working proceeds as cast on the information provided.
- No re-cast, adjustment, or refund is owed.
- The client waives all complaint and dispute rights arising from information discrepancies.
5. Client Conduct
5.1 During the Working Window
The working window opens at intake submission and closes at delivery of the completion email. During this period:
- No contact with the target — in-person, by phone, message, or any other channel — unless it is logistically unavoidable (e.g. co-parenting). If unavoidable contact occurs, note this in your reply to the completion email.
- Do not energetically attempt to check in on, observe, or influence the working in progress.
- Do not share details of the active working publicly, on social media, in forums, or with other practitioners.
- Do not commission conflicting or overlapping work from another practitioner during the window.
- Do not act impulsively in ways that escalate the situation or directly counteract the working’s intention.
Violation of these conduct terms does not entitle the client to a refund and does not create any liability for the practitioner in respect of outcome.
5.2 Communication Protocol
- All communication is via email only. Not DM, not WhatsApp, not social media.
- The practitioner does not provide progress updates during the working window.
- Post-completion enquiries are responded to within five to seven business days where a response is appropriate. This is not an open support channel.
- Messages sent outside these parameters may not receive a response.
5.3 Psychological Readiness
Spellwork is not a substitute for therapy, crisis support, legal protection, or physical safety measures. This container requires a client who is stable enough to hold it.
By submitting an intake form, the client affirms:
- They are emotionally stable and mentally fit to participate in this work.
- They are not in acute crisis, active trauma spiral, or a mental health emergency at the time of purchase or intake submission.
- They will seek appropriate professional support if needed.
- They are not relying on this working as a substitute for action they urgently need to take in the physical world.
Misrepresenting psychological state at intake voids complaint rights. If the practitioner has reason to believe a client is in acute crisis at intake, she reserves the right to decline the work and issue a full refund.
5.4 Post-Completion Conduct
Following delivery of the completion email, the client agrees not to publicly attribute specific real-world events to the working in ways that assert outcome guarantees, and not to publicly disparage the working or the practitioner based on subjective dissatisfaction with timelines or perceived lack of visible results.
Spellwork moves in spiritual time, not calendar time. Seeing no visible movement in two weeks is not evidence the working failed.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
All spellwork sales are final once the working has commenced. The only exception is decline at spiritual authorization from Zela Feraco’s spirit team, which results in immediate full refund.
6.1 Declined Work
If the practitioner declines a commission following spiritual review, the client receives an immediate full refund of the purchase price. This is the client’s sole remedy in the event of declined work.
6.2 No Refund Once Work Has Commenced
Once spiritual authorization has been granted and the working has commenced, all sales are final. No refunds are issued for:
- Dissatisfaction with outcomes, timelines, or perceived effectiveness.
- Outcomes contrary to client expectations or interpretations.
- Claims that the working did not produce visible results within a given timeframe.
- Claims that results manifested differently than anticipated.
- Change of mind after commencement.
- Circumstances in the client’s life that change after intake submission.
- Claims of inaccuracy or inadequacy in the completion notes.
6.3 Conduct Violations
No refund is issued where the client has violated the conduct terms in Section 5 during the working window — including contacting the target, sharing the working publicly, or commissioning conflicting work from another practitioner.
6.4 Intake Inaccuracy
No refund is issued where the client provided inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information at intake. The responsibility for intake accuracy lies entirely with the client.
6.5 Chargebacks
By purchasing any spellwork service, the client agrees not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for completed work. The practitioner reserves the right to contest any chargeback with full documentation of service delivery and the client’s agreement to these terms. Initiating a chargeback for completed work may result in permanent termination of access to all Nightshade Sanctum and zelaferaco.com services.
7. Third-Party Exclusion
These Terms create rights and obligations solely between the client and the practitioner. No third party has any rights, claims, or legal standing under this agreement.
- The practitioner does not verify, investigate, or adjudicate the accuracy of client accounts of third parties. The working is cast on the situation as presented.
- The client warrants they have standing to commission work in relation to their own situation.
- No third party may bring claims against the practitioner based on services provided to the client.
- The client bears sole responsibility for any real-world legal exposure arising from their circumstances.
8. Informed Consent & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing any spellwork commission, the client provides full informed consent to the following:
8.1 Risks Inherent to Spellwork
- The working may produce no discernible effects.
- The working may produce effects contrary to the client’s expectations or desires.
- Results may manifest on a timeline significantly longer than anticipated.
- Results may manifest in ways that are not immediately recognisable or attributable to the working.
- The working may surface emotional material or create internal shifts the client finds challenging.
- The practitioner cannot predict or control how the working unfolds in the client’s specific circumstances.
8.2 Waiver
By proceeding with purchase, the client waives any right to claim that they were not adequately informed of the risks of spellwork, that they relied on specific outcome promises, or that the practitioner should have produced different results.
9. Media Consent
The practitioner may photograph and/or video working materials and ritual process as part of her documentation practice. This footage forms part of the client’s completion delivery and may be used in the practitioner’s marketing content.
The following apply regardless of client opt-in or opt-out:
- No identifying information is ever included in publicly shared content — not the client’s name, the target’s name, photos of persons, or specific case details.
- A time delay is applied between casting and any public sharing. Footage from an active working is never shared in real time.
Media consent is captured at intake. Clients may elect to opt out of their working footage being used in any marketing capacity. Opting out does not affect service delivery in any way. If the client opts in, this consent covers use across all marketing channels including social media, website, and email, without further notification.
10. Confidentiality
10.1 Practitioner Confidentiality
All client information, intake details, and case specifics are held in strict confidence. Client information is never shared with third parties except as required by law. No publicly shared content ever includes identifying details of any client or situation.
10.2 Client Confidentiality
The client agrees to maintain confidentiality around the specifics of their commission, including:
- Not sharing practitioner notes, completion emails, or working methodology publicly without written permission.
- Not reproducing or redistributing any materials delivered as part of the commission.
- Not sharing details of the working with other practitioners in ways that could interfere with the energetic integrity of the work.
This does not prevent the client from sharing their own subjective experience of the integration period, provided they do not attribute specific real-world outcomes to the working in ways that imply guaranteed results.
11. Non-Reliance & Personal Responsibility
Spellwork is supplemental to real-world action. It is not a substitute for it.
By engaging with any commission, the client affirms:
- They do not rely on this working as a substitute for legal action, law enforcement, physical safety measures, medical treatment, psychological care, or financial planning.
- They retain full personal responsibility for all decisions, actions, and outcomes in their life.
- They will take appropriate real-world action to address any legal, safety, medical, financial, or relationship concerns their situation requires.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Swiss law, the practitioner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from any spellwork commission. This includes but is not limited to:
- Outcomes or lack of outcomes from any working.
- Outcomes contrary to the client’s expectations, interpretations, or desires.
- Claimed spiritual, karmic, or energetic consequences of the working.
- Third-party effects, whether intended or unintended by the client.
- Emotional or psychological distress experienced during or after the commission.
- Decisions the client makes based on information or impressions received during the working.
- Service modifications, refusals, or timing adjustments made at the practitioner’s discretion.
The practitioner’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific commission giving rise to the claim. The client’s sole remedy for any dissatisfaction with a completed commission is limited to refunds expressly stated in Section 6 of these Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zürich, Switzerland.
Clients outside Switzerland are responsible for compliance with the laws of their own jurisdiction. The practitioner makes no representations about the legality of these services in any jurisdiction outside Switzerland.
14. Relationship to General Terms & Conditions
These Spellwork Policies & Terms of Service form part of the broader contractual framework governing all services offered through zelaferaco.com, nightshadesanctum.com, and skygardentarot.com.
They are read alongside the General Terms & Conditions published at zelaferaco.com/terms-and-conditions. General provisions covering intellectual property, age requirements, account security, community conduct, data protection, and inclusivity are governed by the General Terms & Conditions and apply to spellwork clients in full.
Where there is any conflict between the two documents in respect of spellwork services, these Spellwork Terms govern.
