THE SESSION

What happens in a Starweaves session

Each session begins with a short consultation to understand what is present and which Weaves are indicated. From there, the work is done in stillness — you lie down (in person) or rest comfortably at home (distance) while the Weaves are activated and applied.

01 Intake

A brief conversation about what you are carrying and what you need. This shapes the session’s direction.

02 Opening of sacred space

The session container is opened within Nightshade Sanctum’s lineage framework. You do not need to do anything — only receive.

03 Weave activation

The indicated Weaves are applied to the presenting pattern. This may involve one Weave or several working in sequence, depending on what is needed.

04 Integration and debrief

Space is held for you to return fully, followed by a verbal debrief of what moved in the session and any integration guidance.

Distance sessions are fully equivalent in potency to in-person. Energy healing does not require physical proximity — it requires an open channel and clear intention, both of which are held by the practitioner.

✨ Do I need to believe in energy healing for it to work?

No. Scepticism is not an obstacle. The session works at a level that does not require belief to be activated. Openness is more useful than certainty in either direction.

The same way sound travels through a room you cannot see, or grief travels between people in different countries. Energy does not require physical proximity. Distance sessions have been an established practice across multiple healing traditions for centuries. The mechanics are not mysterious — they are simply different from what we were taught to expect.
